🔁 Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged only if they are damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- To be eligible for exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof of damage (photo/video) is required.
- Exchanges will be processed after verification and approval by our team.
🚫 Return & Refund Policy
- Returns and refunds are not accepted once the product seal is broken or the item has been used.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preferences.
- Refunds will only be issued in rare cases, such as:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is damaged beyond use and reported immediately
📦 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- If payment is already made, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
